Hotel a Mountain Park

“The hotel was far from modern. No amenities in the lobby area. Dog feces were in the front entrance of the hotel. No cleaning services exist. In my four day stay the sheets were never changed or the towels replaced. I recommend a stay in a more modern facility.”

“The staff was a little nice was the older gentleman at the front desk that told me that no one will be there to clean my room up. I have one day I stay from Tuesday to Saturday. He said there would be no housekeeper to clean the room when I asked for towels, I had to go back to my room bring him the dirty towels to receive clean towels. I wouldn’t advise no one to stay at that hotel.”

“I found the inside very massive with all the stuff and the like. I thought the pool was well designed and that views were stunning.”

“The room was clean, but the toilet kept running in the night every few minutes. I was only there for one night. The staff was great. The breakfast was good. The chairs in the dining room can be updated because some of them are stripping. Otherwise, it's good for a short-term. Stay.”

We didn't know that we had to request roomservice the night before and when we went to the desk that morning the woman cleanest at desk said she would see if she could get someone to service our room and they did and that was wonderful”

“Immediately walked out of the first room I had been assigned it smelled absolutely horrible like rot or something. The second room I got was decently clean and didn’t smell like the first. The property overall had a mildew smell and the hallway carpets were filthy. The pictures make it look very modern but in reality everything was very dated.”

“The location of the hotel was great. The drive to Atlanta was not bad and there was plenty of restaurants and things to do in the immediate area.”

The card I had on file declined which isn't true because unless you went through Expedia you do not have my card. So I assumed it was spam since so many are now. “Our family enjoyed our stay while visiting for a Braves game. The hotel is walking distance from the stadium. The room was very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.”

“As soon as I pulled up to the front entrance, I was welcomed and made to feel right at home. The reception desk was well staffed and the service was amazing. I was there for a graduation and only stayed one night. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I am in Atlanta!!”
